No Refunds Policy
All services provided by That Girl Concept are personalised digital makeover BOOKINGS, not refundable products. Due to the bespoke, personalised, and time-reserved nature of these bookings, all digital makeover bookings are strictly non-refundable.
When you purchase a makeover service, you are booking dedicated 1:1 professional time and a service created specifically for you, using your individual photos, features, colouring, proportions, and personal details. This booking and service cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned to another client.
Important: Bookings & time reservation
Under UK consumer law, bookings that reserve time and capacity are treated differently from standard products.
Once a booking is confirmed:
- Service preparation and processing begin
- That time cannot be recovered or reallocated
- Dedicated 1:1 time and availability are immediately reserved
For this reason, refunds are not offered once a booking is confirmed, including where:
- The work has not yet been completed
- The final deliverables have not yet been sent
- The customer later decides not to proceed
The booking and service remain available to you as agreed.
UK legal laws (Consumer contracts regulations 2013)
This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 while the regulations normally provide a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases (regulation 29), this right does not apply in the same way to personalised service bookings.
Personalised & digital service bookings
Our makeover services include:
- A personalised service booking, and
- The supply and processing of personalised digital content
Under Regulation 37, the right to cancel does not apply where the customer:
- Gives consent for a personalised digital service to be supplied during the cooling-off period, and
- Acknowledges that they lose their right to cancel once processing begins
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly consent to the immediate processing of your personalised booking and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel does not apply.
UK law does not require a booking-based or personalised digital service to be completed for cancellation rights to be lost.

This policy is clearly stated before purchase so customers can make an informed decision. Please ensure you are fully committed before booking. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Customer Satisfaction and revision policy
Your satisfaction is important to us to ensure every client feels supported and confident in their purchase, all digital makeover services include up to two (2) revision rounds. This service is expert led and personalised, and while results can be subjective, every recommendation is made to your natural features, colour season, proportions and overall harmony. The guidance provided is based on proffesional analysis and aesthetic principles, even if it differs from your usual preferences.
