Your privacy is always protected. I will never share anything without your permission. All photos are deleted once the service is complete, and I will always ask you directly if I can post any of your results.

Guides typically take 14–21 days to complete due to high demand. If you haven’t received yours within this timeframe, please follow up and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Occasionally, emails can get lost or end up in spam and be deleted automatically which is why I recommend following up.

After your purchase, you’ll receive two separate emails: one with your order confirmation number, and another with instructions to send in photos to receive your guide. The instructions come as a link titled ‘Your Downloads Are Ready’ clicking it will take you to everything you need. Sometimes this email can end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well. Always double check that you entered the correct email at checkout!

Each makeover is completely custom, so we don’t offer refunds once an order is placed. If you’d like adjustments, we provide up to 2 revisions on the final result whether it’s a different hairstyle, makeup, or hair colour but be sure to ask within the first 24-48 hours after your guide has been sent. Any requests for revisions beyond this time will not be accepted. This keeps the process fair and efficient for all clients. Our goal is always to make you feel confident and beautiful with the final result! 

Yes, all of my services are offered online, so they’re available to clients worldwide. Prices are listed in GBP on the website, but your total will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.

Please send selfies taken in natural daylight, ideally in front of a window. Light makeup is fine, but avoid full glam. Any hairstyle is fine.

If you’ve purchased the “That Girl Transformation” package for the Kibbe body type analysis, please also include a full-length photo of yourself, fully clothed ideally in leggings and a fitted top.
